I AM THE ONE
NICASIA DOMINIQUE
When I was a child my parents built a house in the woods of Pennsylvania into the side of a mountain overlooking the others. Two stories from the front, three from the back and four if you counted the attic. My mom had the plans drawn and picked all of the finishes from the hardwood floor and porcelain tile combinations to the deep honey beveled cabinets.
It was the construction of this very house and having watched the entire thing come together that embedded the love for this industry deep into my soul. And that little girl with her arms real wide, like she has the whole world in her hands, that’s me.
My name is Nicasia, formerly but always known as The Granite Girl. Forever in the loving memory of my father Joe, The Granite Guy. I ran my father’s fabrication shop by his side and upon his passing, I needed to keep learning and growing. I expanded to cabinets and then partnered with a general contractor and learned the ins and outs of a full renovation. Realizing that strategic preparation, coordination and organization was the key to completing the jobs in a timely manner.
I’ve taken pieces of everything I’ve learned and decided to construct the ultimate construction company. One that caters to the homeowner from beginning to end, walking them through the process and educating them on materials. Providing design services, sub coordination and project management. Dedicated to strategic preparation and execution for a quick delivery. I built The One Building Company that would be The One Building Company for you.
