THE LIGHT PROJECT

This full condo remodel was a referral from the dream project. This client was one of those light up the room when she walks in type of people. She bought a place on Las Olas, a great location and a condo with great bones but the finishes didn’t match her energy. My goal was to make this place light up the same way she did.

The Dream Project

This guest bathroom remodeling project was the “trial run” for the master bathroom remodel. The client wanted to see how we worked and how quickly it got done before committing to giving up her master bathroom and before allowing us to trail through her master bedroom in order to get it done. I think we exceeded her expectations to say the least and at the end, she told me that it was truly the absolute cleanest any project could have been executed. We were signing our contract for the master bathroom at the same time we were closing this one. This project took three weeks but it felt like a breeze. A beautiful and memorable breeze.

The Breeze Project

This was the well earned master bathroom remodeling project that my client had been dreaming about for months. She said she was just waiting for the right one, until the one was referred to her. It took me about a week to design and propose, and then four to execute. We picked all the materials together, brainstormed on tiling the entire back wall and shopped all of the accessories over coffee. She was as much of a dream to work with as the project was
itself. To me, this project was a reminder that dreams do come true.

The first Project

My first project was the home my mother built for us in the mountains of Pennsylvania. No, I was not the licensed general contractor on the project as I was only four years old, but that doesn’t take away the fact that it was the first build that I ever witnessed first hand. Seeing the foundation, the shell and the finishes come together, it laid theĀ  foundation for everything that came next and not jut in construction. I am now a licensed general contractor and
my four year old son comes along to all my projects with me, just like I did.
